Staying fit and healthy should be part of your everyday life; but if its not yet, don’t worry! As I’m sure all the other lifetrainmeites will tell you, it soon will be. At lifetrainme you will kick bad habits and replace them with a refreshing new way of approaching food and fitness.
Now, what we don’t want is for you to sacrifice the things you love doing, because you are scared you may not be able to eat or exercise the way you do normally with the LTM programme.
Of course your Roshi will be there to help you and re-organise your personalised training plan if needs be, but it’s always nice to have somewhere else to turn.
Personally, I love to travel. Going on holiday doesn't have to get in the way of a healthy lifestyle. Throughout my travels I have learnt some nifty tips and tricks that might help you along your weight loss journey. From homemade mango and passion fruit smoothies on the South China Sea to freshly grilled beef burgers in the Adirondack Mountains.
It would be a crime to travel to so many amazing countries and not share with you the delicious, yet at times slightly crazy, food that’s come my way.
Plus, I’ll share some crazy stories! Take you through my adventures, from the highs in the foothills of the Himalayas, to lows, stuck homeless and alone on the Cambodian- Vietnamese border.
