I have to confess I’m a bit of a raw food addict and I follow a high raw diet. It’s funny actually because, whilst at first most people can’t believe that this is do-able, once they see the sort of foods that I’m talking about, then a whole new world opens up. People always want more and that’s the great part. Second helpings are always allowed!

Eating is meant to be a pleasurable experience and one that is best shared. Breaking bread with family and friends is central to many cultures and there’s no reason for that to change because of health management. No one is too old or too young to eat mouth-watering, nourishing and satisfying food. You owe it to yourself to take care of not just your body but everybody.
