If you are new to training then don't be scared I like to get the maximum results with the minimum of time and effort. Health and fitness is about incremental changes, and finding a regime that suits you. We need a fitness regime that energizes us and motivates. Unfortunately many of the modern approaches to fitness just tire you out, or are unsustainable. At lifetrainme we are not interested in selling you the latest fitness package, we develop your own personal regime that fits your life and is sustainable whatever life throws at you.
