The sell out Christmas Raw Food Supper Club was another fantastic success. All the guests arrived in the Christmas spirit and were keen to get on with trying out the wonderful array of foods on offer.
We started the night off with glasses of virgin ‘champagne’ to accompany the cheesy kale chips.
The first course was a warm cream of celery soup with a slice of onion bread. Next up was a mock tuna zucchini roll with a creamy mustard dressing.
The main event was a Festive Roast, mashed potato, wilted spinach and a tasty, rich gravy.
Dessert was a wonderfully decadent fig and lemon cheesecake and of course, no meal would be complete without an array of homemade chocolates and petit fours with a selection of herbal teas.
So what did our lovely guests have to say about the evening?
“Mimi is a phenomenal raw food chef who has delivered an exceptional 4 course meal based on Raw Organic vegan food... delicious!!!
She invited us into her home and gave us an enlightening experience”
“That food looked amazing”
“I wax lyrical about your suppers every time - they are incredible - your food is off the scale! Keep me posted on your cookbook...I'll snap up a copy:) Do you create food to order or is it solely for supper clubs?”
“Hope you enjoyed a well deserved rest today. Can only imagine the amount of effort it takes to create an evening like last night.
The next event is going to be held at the lifetrainme Hub in Wolverhampton and will feature Gayani’s Kitchen HQ where we will be presenting a healthy eating Sri Lankan Supper Club.
